Everyone knows it isn't a traditional Thanksgiving dinner without the turkey! Depending on your family’s size, our whole turkeys range from 14 to 16 lbs and are the most savory and juicy birds in Cambridge, MA! Our spatchcock-style turkeys are served without a backbone and arrive with classic sides such as gravy, chestnut and porcini stuffing, and cranberry sauce. The turkey serves 6 to 8 people and costs $220.
Boneless Breast Porchetta Style
Have yourself an Italian Thanksgiving this year with our boneless breast porchetta style, starting at $195, and serving 6 to 8 people, which is an excellent alternative to those who prefer something more unique than a traditional turkey. This dish epitomizes Italian Thanksgiving dinners rolled out and seasoned with herbs, spices, and classic Italian prosciutto. Of course, you can't forget about the sides. This luxurious dish is also served with gravy, chestnut and porcini stuffing, and cranberry sauce as well!
